The video shows the changes in a typical dairy biofilm upon contact with Planet Strong at 50x magnification under a microscope.
In the pictures you can see an established biofilm, such as can occur in milk processing companies. These biofilms reduce the flux rate of the lines and can lead to deviations in product quality.
In the last picture you can see the changes to the biofilm due to the addition of Planet Strong. You see the same sample 5 minutes apart. A clear change in the protein structure can be seen. These proteins and mucilage can now be removed from the systems much more easily.
